For Industrial All Risk(IAR), All Risk or Mega Policy Tariff

As per IRDA latest circular below is the revised tariff or IAR or Mega Risk Policies.

Along with Fire occupancy rate these rates are additionally charged:-

MBD(Machinery Break Down) – 0.25% per mille

Fire Loss of Profit(FLOP)– 100% of Fire rate i.e IIB rate+EQ+STFI 

Note:  As per IIB revised tariff and applicable from 01st January 2020.
